Test of will power. I let myself go for a while. Laziness creeping in. Back to running 5 K every 2 days at least. Good start today 5 K in 28.5 mins.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
