DAY 1 - just getting geared up; I know it will take about a week for me to transition into low/no carb but here I go...I know I can do this - but I hope I can maintain this long enough.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Good luck to you! Be sure to take advantage of all the different foods that are allowed on the Induction Phase. There's no reason to be hungry. 20g of net carbs with 12-15 carbs coming from green, leafy veggies. Eat a moderate amount of meat and some dairy. Also, be sure to drink water and make sure you're eating a good amount of fat so you'll feel full longer. You CAN do this! :)

Thumbs up, go a head! u can make it, as i made it, then anybody else can make it...U need full moral boast along with the diet, and keep reading and edcating your self about your diet. best of luck! ~cheers
