Long day again today at work, but came home and danced for half hour. had a stressful day and wound up eating a couple bite sized candy bars at work. I need to stop that and control myself. Instead of eating poison - I should put my coat on and take a walk around the building- clear my head and step away for a minute or 2.I am dedicate to reaching my goal weight! I WILL NOT FAIL!!!!
