Too cold to go outside for a walk, feeling disappointed in myself. Had some Jelly Bellys today, don't think because they are fat free that means to eat a bunch! Going to go watch The Bachelor, recorded 2 days ago. Taht will give me something to laugh about, a bunch of skinny b****** fighting over a dork!

You just have to layer up your clothing well when walking outside. You can burn some calories walking in the cold because your body has to warm itself. Don't make excuses. Get moving! If you don't want to go out in the cold, get some workout dvds and do them in the house. Put on some music and dance as you clean. Any movement is better than no movement. You can do it!
