I've been starting this work out regime for a month now but have not lost A POUND! I've had compliments that I look slimmer, but the scale is NOT AGREEING! I'm getting sort of discouraged but I really want to go down to 135 lbs, healthy BMI for my height, and I just want to feel comfortable and SEXY! I've been hitting the gym 4-6 times a week, 1 and a half to 3 hours at a time. I think my biggest challenge right now is right food choice.. concentrate on what I CAN EAT, and not what I CAN'T!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Take your measurments... I hit a bump in the road 2 weeks ago where I stopped losing. I was eating good and working my butt off at the gym. I started to get discouraged but when I looked at my new measurments I was shocked to see I had lost an entire inch all over. Turns out that all my time at the gym added new muscle. Perhaps this is what you are experiencing.

It does seem like I have lost pieces of inches, but I usually hear about people dropping the first 5-10 lbs easy because of water weight or what not and I haven't seen it at all? I'm sort of confused and hope that I'm not at a lost..
