Today, so far, has felt amazing! I know I've only just started, but doing Zumba makes me feel so full of energy and I forgot how good it could feel to sweat :) I'll step it up after awhile, but I'm gonna pace myself to make it a gentle change. As for eating, I only have 900 calories or so, but there's still supper to go. I resisted a lot of temptations, but still letting myself have what I like (Chocolate Milk!) so I think this will go pretty good. My best friends trying to lose weight too! It helps quite a bit and it's welcomed support. He tells me to stay positive, and that's what I'm trying to do. :)
