Today is the first day of Lent...I have written my first letter and dropped in the mail.

Yesterday was not a good day eating wise. I seemed to be starving most of the day. I ate enough but I just didn't seem satisfied. Those kinds of days happen when I am ravenous without explanation. It passes and today I am feeling satisfied. Good thing as I am not going to cave in. Scales haven't changed in three days but I know that staying on course will eventually cause something to drop. Don't want to jeopardize any rewards with an indiscretion so will keep my hands and thoughts busy.

We learned yesterday that our office at the airport is going to be replaced so we have to have our office empty by the weekend. I am busy today packing up the office so that Bruce and another pilot can move the furniture out before the building is torn down. I am wondering how long we will be without an office....makes it rather difficult not having one and trying to do business. I am hoping that everything will go without a hitch and the carpenters have good weather to replace our building asap. We still have about a month before the work should start coming in...

I too hope that all goes well with the office replacement. A new building should be nice. BTW, have found "Amazing Sourdough Bread" from Julian. It's reaaly good. 60 calories, 4 carbs net. I had stopped ordering when they changed the formula of the #1, it was NOT good in my opinion. Went back to the MIM, but am tiring of them. I found the bread to try first at a local healthfood store, will order it from now on. Hopefully they will leave that recipe ALONE. HUgs!
