Started exercising today. Was pleased that I could walk for a mile at an average of 3.2 per hour. And for about half the mile, I had the treadmill set to a 4.5 incline. It really worked my thighs and hips. Yippy!

Well my pork chop is waiting for me. Best of luck my friends.

Yay for exercise....and such a good attitude about it. Pork chop, eh? Sounds good...think I need to get some out of the freezer for later.
