my new pick-me-up at work is to take 5 flights of stairs...once in the morning, once at lunch, and once in the afternoon. I guess it takes me 40-45 minutes total for the day, and I put it down as excercise machine on my diet calendar, since stairs isn't an option
on diet Atkins
