Started Atkins diet on Jan 7. I am looking for a better way to record carbs and track my progress. Atkins website is woefully inadequate - you can't even fast look up their own Atkins bars! Read good reviews online about this site and its ability to adapt to different diets. Hoping it works!

What helps me is a food weight. I weigh every piece of broccoli, and believe it or not that allows me to eat more, because it's more accurate that to eat a cup of broccoli I weigh in ounces if that helps.

I joined here yesterday and LOVE the way everything is broken down in food diary! o easy to track everything! I am on Atkins as well and needed a way to keep up without writing it down after looking it up! I found it here! Keep up the good work!
