I'm feeling in a better mood today. I've been in such a funk lately and I know it has a lot to do with eating junk and not exercising. So why can't I just do the right things? Well, I'm going to start working on it. My goal is to get at least 4 workouts in a week and to work on lowering my junk intake, in turn lowering my calorie intake. My stomach has felt horrible lately and I know it's because of how I'm eating. I have a messed up system anyway, and was going through the same thing last year and had a colonoscopy because of these issues and I don't want to do that again. The only way I'm going to fix my stomach issues is to eat better and I know it because that helped fix my issues last year. I'm paying for the junk I've been eating, for sure. I'm the one who caused this, and I'm the only one who can get me out of it. Here I go....

You can do it! I've been fighting the stress and the funk and trying to stay motivated. I started listening to Jillian Michaels podcasts on the way to work. Maybe you can find something similiar that motivates you. I think if we surround ourselves with something that motivates us then it's like a little rechargable motivational battery.
