The scale finally moved below 201.8...it has been fluctuating around there and 202's for almost a week...at least it feels like it. So we will see how it goes today.

Today is a day of abstinence and fasting. Abstinence meaning no meat (shell fish is okay) and fasting meaning two small meals and one regular with no snacking.

So looks like deviled eggs for me, bullet proof coffee, maybe a Diet Dr Pepper with Heavy Cream, Rock Star and I am thinking a salad with or without some fish/shrimp at dinner time.

I hope everyone has a great day.
201.4 lb Lost so far: 46.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! I happened upon your journal and my mouth is now watering thinking about deviled eggs, great non-meat idea! I may have to have some of those too! Keep up the good work!

Ruth what a GREAT read...thanks so much for recommending it. There are many times that I say "my body is just acclimating itself to this new weight" now I know that maybe that wasn't just something crazy that I made up....hahaha. Wonderful article!
