1633 kcal Fat: 81.11g | Prot: 88.18g | Carb: 146.51g.   Breakfast: Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter, Mixed Berries, Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup. Lunch: Onions, Mushrooms, Cucumber (with Peel), Celery , Carrots , Broccoli , Tomatoes, Shrimp Cocktail (Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce), Milk Chocolate Almond Toffee, Super Greens, Flat Anchovies in Olive Oil. Dinner: Alaskan Salmon Burgers, Original 100% Vegetable Juice, Deluxe Mixed Nuts, Cooked Dry White Beans, Cooked Collards (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking). more...
