Fat fat day 2 was good. My calories were under 900, but I feel good. Didnt sleep great last night so I am tired now also worked all day on conference stuff so I am ready for bed!
A little worried about tomorrow with no meat, may need to get creative!
Ketones went from none yesterday to small this morning to medium this evening. Also weight was 186.1 this morning. Down 1/2 pound.
