1200 Calories's Journal, 13 February 2013

Ha, ha I am counting every little calorie so I decided I would measure how much cream I put in my coffee. I already switched to non-fat cream because I knew I used way more than the serving size even without measuring. Well, turns out I put 2x the serving size in my coffee and it was still not the way I like it. I stopped there though because its 20 calories per serving. Didn't expect to use this many calories on my morning coffee.
