Kind of disappointed this week again with my weight loss. I had been showing all week that I was down 2 lbs. since last week but only lost 1.5 this week. I thought about why that might be and realized that I ate salty stuff yesterday and then drank a large diet Coke at night before I went to bed, so that is most likely the culprit. I guess it is better than gaining, so I just need to keep plodding along like I have been and it will be off eventually. I just have to be patient and keep going.

Lost so far: 48.5 lb.
Still to go: 99.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
