Did okay yesterday, but forgot to eat lunch. Well not really forgot but was not hungry because I had such a late breakfast.
Did not do much walking as I sat with a friend up at her specialist appointment.
Today if the weather is nice I plan to walk up to the graveyard to "visit" someone special who passed 2yrs ago. I know this will bring me bitter sweet peace today.
That's about it for me.

I'm sorry sweets. I can't bring myself to visit my mom, so I know that's rough. Take care today and be strong.
