Well a little bit of a chaotic week (I know for some its not over) but I just got done doing 7 days straight at work ive got 2 days off, going to go to the y today with my daughter for an hour and kill some calories. Ive been and a slow stand still for about a week, and I do expect that as I realize its my body catching up with all the changes ive been constantly making with my diet. I did a week of eating just greens, then I switched and added some more protein "ensure" found that there is lots of milk in the ensure which in turn is taking me longer to digest. So ive now tried to cut back on the ensure and im eating high protein meals, with eggs and chicken, turkey and the odd protein bar and added more fish to my diet, need to get my B.M more on track, going to go to see the doc and get some advice from him. Maybe he can help stear me in the right direction.
157.5 lb Lost so far: 52.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thank you punkie I will try it out. So my day off today 3 trips to the Y.M.C.A total workout 5 hours, wow I know im going to be sore tomorrow, but I also know its going to feel wonderful, because I know I gave it my all today. I have 18 pounds to lose to meet my next goal in 19 days, not going to kill myself trying getting close makes me very happy, but if I get there I will be ecstatic!!!! Here's hoping.

That is a whole lot of exercise! Your commitment level is very impressive. I don't know how you have the energy to do it all with such little food. You must be the energizer bunny! Take care and keep riding your momentum...I have no doubt you will reach your goal.

Its protein when I get the right amount I feel great, when I dont get enough im sluggish and tired, and feel like theres somthing missing as well feel more hungry when I dont consume enough protein. So I make sure to keep the proteins high.
