It's taken about 1.5 years to loose around 40 pounds, slow, but not bad as I have kept the weight off. Now I am ready to attack the rest.

You are such an inspiration... For all of us who have fallen off the wagon and are somewhat behind in the same time period, you are proof of what happens when one stays the course. I am determined not to slip up this time...re-losing weight is absolutely ridiculous! I am so thrilled for you....hugs!!!
