!. Even though my fat loss has not been rapid on the LCHF Challenge - I do feel comfortable and encouraged with the progress I'm making!

2. Today, its exactly a month since the challenge began - and overall I lost in weight: 5 kg and a drop in waist measurement: 5 inches

3. Cravings are far less and I'm getting to understand my "body's laboratory" more :-)

You are doing great, especially in light of the fact that you had some emotional upheaval. Keep on keeping on. I am looking forward to seeing you losing lots more inches and kg's!
