Another busy day! I ate alot of food today. I am having a problem with peanut butter. I like it on bananas and celery. I have Better n' Peanut Butter in my fridge. Good, but not as good as Jif! Tomorrow I am packing a hard boiled egg for my 3:00 snack. This is when I want the PB! Protein..... I just plain EAT too much!!!!

Celery is GOOD! Maybe just limit it to some on the celery. Are you craving protein? I wondered where the meat was on your diet calendar. I only looked at a few days but saw alot of fruit, which is good, but wondered where the meat was. You are doing well if you can eat a hard boiled egg. I can't eat those! But I also eat too much at times!
