200 something - I was actually impressed that it was kind of low :) Definitely not 500! But I was only on level 8 of 20 - so that may be part of it. But, after my 37 minutes I did do 80 variations of abs. Leeeetle sore in some areas today, not too bad (need to do more of those honestly). And pork overall isn't bad, but I primarily eat it in the form of bacon or in hawaiian pizzas. I figure it doesn't help to give up bacon just to replace it with sausage, so just to go whole hog (if you'll excuse the term) for the next 40 days.
