I am curently at 200 I walk 4-5 times a weeks 2 miles and I can't get pass the 200 mark

Just don't give up!! I am stuck to. I am at the spot my body always says "Whoa up there partner, we're not going any farther! No matter how much you sweat or eat greens...we like it here!!" But this time we're (you(Raquelitia) & I) are not give up!! We're going to bust down that wall and dance to the next goal!!
