Having a terrible time with logging in my food entries. What on earth is the matter with me???? I usually get the breakfast listed, then ....Will try to be more focused.

The only way that I can be sure to log my food is to do it immediately after I eat. Of course, I just go online long enough to log it and hop off...if not, I get distracted and then I am off somewhere else. I attribute my lack of "focus" on age and wanting to put off doing the dishes:) You'll get it down soon...as you know the best way to make sure that we stay honest with the food is to log it all! The scales are our reward.

the only way I can really keep track of it is planning the day ahead and preparing accordingly. Most of the time I try to leave a little room for the unexpected :-) NO worries Gigi, you'll get the hang of it again.

Gwen and Jozette, you are a blessing, so encouraging. I did it today. Had company,made a delicious healthy dinner. Jim smoked salmon on his new Traeger, so good! I made a tabuli using quinoa. Salad was baby kale, tiny tomatoes some onion, feta with a home-made dressing, mostly olive oil. We had a yam 1/4 each. I think I stayed on plan. :) There is enough salmon left over to eat for a couple of days. That will get me on track for sure. XXXX

Gigi...I had trouble with that when I first came back...it's better now. Your dinner sounds delectable!! HUGS!

That's right, Gigi....we don't want to leave any of our good buddies behind....:) I agree, your dinner sounded yummy and I think Jim needs to cook a little more salmon and send it over to West Texas. I love salmon!!!
