I Rebuild My Lifestyle!-1 Lbs
Water your organs like flowers (drink water daily to glow.) Whisk your body like cream of wheat (move constantly to smoothe fat lumps.) Sculpt your shape like clay art (work your hands and legs consistency.) Eat healthy food like you infuse medication through a vein.)
211.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
