This week already feels so much better. Getting healthier stuff in the house helped a lot. Lent is coming, and although I am not Catholic, I am giving up soda. Sort of dreading that right now.

I gave up soda for the most part several months ago (only have 1 every once in a while now). The hard part for me is that I've always like drinking stuff with flavor & I used to hate water. My iced tea maker is one of my best friends these days...if I can't have soda, flavored tea is kind of the next best thing. And it's good for you! That and Sobe Coconut Water, if you like sweet drinks.

The hardest part for me will be the caffeine and when I go out places. Good news is, I like coffee black, when I go out should be the only issue. I'm also inadvertently cutting down on the alcohol because coke and rum is sort of my drink of choice.
