Breakfast: 1 slice of seeded bread with one egg over medium, cooked in 1/2 tsp. of ghee, with red pepper spread and cup of tea; 245 calories; 1/4 cup of oatmeal.

9:00 a.m. BOSU + 20 mins. cardio

11:00 white bean and kale soup, two cups and one Engine 2 Diet Crispbread with 1 tsp unsweetened peanut
butter
