Good Morning FS Buddies,
It is a warmer day on "Fantasy Island" +2C and it is actually supposed to rain today- crazy up and down temperatures this winter.
Feeling a bit more positive today but not really where I need to be - I need to log all my food to feel like I am being accountable and in control of my intake. I am trying to drink lots of water today to keep me feeling full and avoid the mindless snacking.
Hope it is sunny in your worlds.

Hey me too. I hadn't even realized I had exceeded my daily limit until I logged them. Got in a decent work out too. Now I have to keep this up and better it going forward :)

I find logging food to be so powerful! We've had a weird winter in the desert, too. A deep freeze last month took out millions of $$ in landscaping here. I know, so sad.

Sunny here today too:)... both from the sun & because we have you and your sunny disposition back. Sounds like you're getting back on the track that you want to be on -- good for you!

I know the feeling...some days you just don't want to log the calories but if you don't then you don't feel right either. But something I've learned now that I'm 20 lbs lighter is that it's all worth it!!!

You sound chipper today...I know what you mean about journaling every thing..I quit doing on here as it made me want to eat more..Stress?? Hope you had a great day...:O)

No sugar (none), no grains (none), and you are good to go. Eat anything else as much as you want within reason and you will lose. Promise.
