Finally - sun shine!
Note on today's scheduled weigh in: I had an unrecorded weight gain after last week's break down. So now I have an unrecorded weight loss - LOL.
Now that I have the problem under control (at least I think it is under control) I might just as well put a positive spin on it. But deep down inside not having the results on that graph is driving me nuts.
Note to self - think positive. You have lost 50 pounds and kept it off - now get rid of that last 23.

Buffy we seem to be having the same problem.....we need to have a think about what will motivate us back to getting on a downward slope again....
