Seem to be on a plateau, bf's birthday was not good timing. I am going to adjust my RDI and have a proper detox for the next couple of weeks. Lots of work in the allotment over half term too. Just need to try to keep my energy levels up, how can I do that?
140.4 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
