Started off as a good day, plan on keeping it that way too. My goal for the next 24 hours, eat a balanced low carb regime, spend some time with Wally this afternoon and get a good nights sleep. The last will be the hardest, sure wish I could get a decent sleep.
I need to set some mini goals, think I'll spend some time on that today as well. Be out all morning so an afternoon task.
