10 sit-ups, check. 10 mins of cardio, check. 10 push-ups... Well the effort was made and done but it was not a pretty sight... Probably haven't done a push-up in 10 years and even in modified form this was a challenge for me... But I am proud of myself for making an effort and tomorrow will be another go! Thus why they call it a challenge! :)
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
