SO this is where I always get stuck. I can loose 5 lbs no problem by cutting out all of the sweets and desserts I eat every day. The problem is staying away from excessive munching and empty calories. Do I need to have chocolate chips with my coffee? No, but I love it. I never really have any determination to loose any weight. I still don't really care but I would like to get a wardrobe make over and fit into smaller pants. The annoying thing is all of my clothes (esp pants) not fitting because they are too big. I guess this is a good thing as well. I think I'm also going to go to a nutritionist to see if I'm eating well. Today I know I skipped dinner and breakfast but this doesn't happen all the time only when I'm busy or not that hungry. Today I wasn't hungry. What's nice is that I feel better and I love killing people on the running track. So slow.
