Today I burned 298 cal on revolving stairs, 254 on 30 day shred, and 132 cal on CORE workout #5. My calories were 1309: 53% carb, 25% fat, and 22% protein. Also fiber was 29g. I tend to do better w/ 30- 35 g of fiber so I'll watch that for tomorrow.
