I started my own diet on February 6, 2012. Since my scale broke down, I am awaiting a new scale which will be here tomorrow afternoon. So, I will weigh myself for the first time on February 13. I have been trying to stay at around 1100-1200 calories and have been able to do so for the most part. Today, though, I followed a recipe online that said I could have 8 oz boneless pork and that the calorie count was 244. Well, after I ate it, I found out it was amost double that count. Where can I fine a calorie counter that is accurate???
