Losing slowly...
246.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks...we just want instant gratification and it doesn't work that way! Down 33 lbs since mid November. Seems like it should be more, but I know slower is better to keep it off long term.

Been fighting a bad respiratory virus that turned into sinus infection. Hope the antibiotics kick in soon. Total weight lost since 11/11/12 is 43 lbs.
