OK started the Atkins plan today. Went the doctors office next to where I work and found out that I am actually 20 pounds heavier than I thought.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 February 2013:
1577 kcal Fat: 115.51g | Prot: 101.53g | Carb: 26.37g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fully Cooked Real Bacon Bits, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Scrambled Egg, Green Sweet Pepper. Lunch: Pepperoni Minis, Fancy Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded, hidden valley ranch, iceburg lettuce. Dinner: Hunt's tomatoes Sauce NO SALT ADDED, Hot Italian Sausage (3 oz). Snacks/Other: Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Water (Bottled), Original Pork Rinds, Red Hot Sauce, Sugar Free Raspberry Ice Drink Mix Sticks, Hard-Boiled Egg. more...
