OK started the Atkins plan today. Went the doctors office next to where I work and found out that I am actually 20 pounds heavier than I thought.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 February 2013:
1577 kcal Fat: 115.51g | Prot: 101.53g | Carb: 26.37g.   Breakfast: Scrambled Egg, Fully Cooked Real Bacon Bits, Green Sweet Pepper, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch: iceburg lettuce, Fancy Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded, hidden valley ranch, Pepperoni Minis. Dinner: Hot Italian Sausage (3 oz), Hunt's tomatoes Sauce NO SALT ADDED. Snacks/Other: Sugar Free Raspberry Ice Drink Mix Sticks, Water (Bottled), Original Pork Rinds, Red Hot Sauce, Hard-Boiled Egg, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat. more...
