I guess slow and steady will work for me. I hope to see another 2.5-3 lbs during the second week of Induction. Very happy to report that Hubby lost 12 his first week. Yeah!!!!!!!!!!
181.2 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 February 2013:
954 kcal Fat: 48.62g | Prot: 93.86g | Carb: 37.75g.   Breakfast: Coffee Instant, Lands of lakes half and half, Wylers Beef Bouillion granules. Lunch: Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), romaine salad, Parmesa, black olives, sliced, CCaesar Dressing, cherry tomatoes, iced black tea. Dinner: Mixed green salad, Chicken DiAvalo, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, avocado. Snacks/Other: atkins chocolate shake, porl rinds. bbq, cheese stick. more...

Twelve pounds is truly a great start....there is nothing wrong with slow and steady. I know that it is a bit frustrating because we all want to lose it quickly. And isn't it just wonderful that hubbies can lose twice as fast as we can.... Just keep doing what you are doing and you will be at goal in no time!!!!
