I was incorporating 2 Atkins Bars a day. I noticed my weight stalling and then increasing. I've now eliminated the Atkins bars. I may try later on or I may just find another "sweet" to take their place. I'm sure the processed foods aren't as good for you anyway.

Yes I agree, processed foods aren't good for you. I can only safely have an Atkins bar once or twice a week without it causing any stall or gain. Experiment with low carb recipes to get a "sweet" treat in. Lately I've been experiemnting with cinnamon flax crackers and a cream cheese dip.. yummo! It's a bit more work but it's worth it to stay on course.
