Officially starting to feel better today after being sick for a whole week!! YUCK! I really took it for granted that I'd be able to eat what I planned and exercise when I wanted, but when you feel bad, you eat what tastes good to you and don't feel like exercise. It was a struggle to make it through the work day and drag myself home last week. BUT...today is a new day and I'm feeling more like myself again, finally! So thankful for good health :-) Happy Monday.
