STUPID TOM JACKIN UP MY WEIGH IN!Whatever, I know i've been on task so next weigh in will be better.
194.2 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You're doing great Werkit! TOM always messes with me too! Like you said once it's done and hit the road (lol lol ) Your numbers will reflect the great numbers! Keep up the good work and hang in there!

You've got a wonderful mindset! Keep on keeping on and once TOM is out of our way those scales will make you smile. I completely understand your frustration as TOM hit me this morning without warning and an additional 3lbs hit too.(I gain anywhere from 3-10lbs during that week but it all drops at the end.)
