Just weighed my self after not dieting for months and going out to eat 2 or sometimes 3 times on the weekends. Joined the gym about 3 weeks ago and have gone about 3x per week, both cardio and strength. Will have to focus more on cardio 3x per week and both cardio and strength on one or both days of the weekends.

Am starting no bread type carbs today. Weight gain partially due to eating out and partially due to starting gym. Will monitor here to see what happens and see what needs to be done to accomplish weight loss to 148 pounds.
