It's about two weeks I raised my RDI till 1800cal and I am eating "regular" food again. It's nice to see my weight is kind of "stable" within 56 and 58kg, depending on dehydration after sport and after-pasta-days. I am surprised I haven't suddenly gained weight. I wonder how will it be in one month. Eating fruit again and normal food made me full of energy and hyperactive again. Anyway, I am eating pasta only once a week, when I have guests at home. I still eat whole rye bread, since after 4 months I prefer that flavour to wheat bread. I am using whole rye flour also to make pancakes, since they turn out to be more tasty and easier to digest. And I look at portions of food!
When I gained 5 to 10 pounds per month, I was stuffing myself with pastries, cakes and cookies all nights. Now I don't feel that urge anymore, which is such a nice feeling.

It's sunny and snowy at work! It looks like wonderland out there! (It's -10 Celsius, though).

I am glad you are getting to eat more. I am doing the same thing right now with slowly raising my RDI to see where I need to be. I love your sunny disposition. :)

Great news, if you can maitain your weight and eat all kind of different foods it's wonderful! You can enjoy a social event without worrying about the consequences.

Well, it's still an experiment for now. I really hope I can mantain my weight while eating (mindfully) regular food, it will be clear during the next 4/6 weeks. And yes, I love sunny days!! Since I am living in Germany I started to appeciate more them, and try to enjoy them as much as possible! Back when I was living in Italy, I was so spoiled by having so many sunny days per year...
