Here we go again...Was sick for a few months & was in a car accident. I didnt gain weight but also didnt loose any. I'm starting to eat better and doing as much light exercise as possible since my neck is not 100% healed from the accident. I have been challenged by my bff to loose 10lbs by September & not to eat after 8pm. Lets do this!!!!!
