That's a nice big drop. Given the Pizza it seems a bit too high in fact. I can only assume I'm a bit dehydrated, but woot anyway :)
262.2 lb Lost so far: 121.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You deserve it. You have put so much effort and commitment into it including a season ticket to the whispering gallery lol. The good thing is you haven't given up your social experiences as its so easy to drop things like that to achieve your goal... Again well done

Yea I thought long and hard about the Pizza on Wednesday(no seriously over a week too-ing and fro-ing), but decided I wasn't going to quit having a social life just to lose weight. One meal is only ever one meal, it's when you let one "bad meal" become one "bad day" which leads to one "bad week" than things go out the window.
