Really disappointed with my weigh in this morning. I've given it 100% this week yet the scales stayed the same.
I kept within my calories, I worked out, I've adhered to the 'No Junk Challenge' and even though I feel leaner it's not been reflected on the scales:-((
But on the plus side, I feel great, I feel healthier and that can only be a good thing
