Back again, tracking carbs. This is my biggest challenge. I can workout and do pretty hard but the carb creep is awfull if I don't watch it. Mind you, I can't be on the computer all day. I have 2 support groups on facebook and here to track food. Will try to make it a habit so I can see where the extra carbs are or if it's a stall:(
