Weight doesn't seem to be moving very much but in a week I have dropped an inch everywhere! I didn't realize how important taking my measurements was until I plateaued. It's quite discouraging to not see a movement in the scale. However building muscle give the illusion of a stalled weight loss.... If only I could be this optimistic everyday..

True! We rely too much on the number on the scale and it doesn't tell the whole truth or the whole story. Losing fat is more important than the scale because you can be at a low weight and still be flabby and carry to much unhealthy fat on your body. Stick with it and the scale will catch up.
