Not as much as I'd hoped for but baby steps in the right direction and HEY, I'm in the BLUE! Yay! So once again, I am holding out hope that next week I will be setting a new goal. I did finish up week 4 of C25K last night. It was very late when I did but I did not lack the energy after going shopping out of town all day yesterday. Got 3 new dresses, all in a smaller size! I will have to wait on more loss to wear one of them. I can get into it but it's just a little too snug for me to feel comfortable wearing in public. It's sleeveless too so it will work out better to wear it when the weather gets warmer.
Just looking at my weight history. It took me a month to get out of the 200s. It took me 2 months to get out of the 190s. It's taking me 4 1/2 months plus some to get out of the 180s. This is not going to happen overnight! Just saying.....
Having a lazy Sunday here on this rainy morning. Just going to enjoy the day!
