Need to get back to basics of SBD. Eating too much junk and gaining!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1795 kcal Fat: 105.45g | Prot: 79.44g | Carb: 127.69g.   Breakfast: Onions, Green Peppers, Turkey Bacon, Grated Parmesan and Romano Cheese, Large Eggs. Lunch: Sandwhich slices, White Sandwhich Bread, Steaks for Sandwiches 100% Pure Beef Thin Slices. Dinner: White Sandwhich Bread, Franks with Pork, Turkey, and Chicken, Chicken Thighs, Pork Fried Rice. Snacks/Other: double dutch granola bars, Tagalongs. more...
